The Pimamour Experience

Well... it depends on the products and on your location. But Pimamour's shipping policy is very simple: FREE shipping as much as we can (and it happens a lot!) and fair shipping when we can't. Printed apparel and Art items are shipped for FREE in the US, Art Items are shipped for free in the UK and most of EU, Fashion items shipping is calculated by weight.

Almost everywhere. However, we do not offer shipping for heavy Art Items outside of US / EU / AUS because of high rates. But you can request a quotation if you really want to buy one of those items.

We do not ship (yet) Fashion Items outside of the US.

We create our products, we manufacture them but we do not carry them. We depend on different carriers (USPS, DHL, Royal Mail...) for that. We provide delivery time information on our product pages based on average past deliveries.

Amazon changed the matter of space and time: right after payment, their delivery person is at your door. We cannot compete. It's a little old school but that's part of who we are.

Quite simple. A flat rate means that if you buy one or more items, the shipping rate will be the same. Let's say you buy 10 C-Type prints with a $5.50 shipping flat rate: you'll pay $5.50 for the shipping. And that's it.

Pimamour's discounts applies per product category. If you buy more that one item of the same category, we will offer 10% off for 2 products, 15% off for 3 and 20% off for 4 or more products.
Note that discounted prices will appear at THE CHECK OUT ONLY.

For instance, if you buy 2 tee-shirts, 2 hoodies, 2 art posters, 1 eco canvas and 3 pieces of clothing, here is how our discount scheme will work for you:

• 4 printed apparel (tee-shirts & hoodies) = 20% off of the final price for the printed apparel
• 2 art posters = 10% off the final price of art posters.
• 1 eco canvas = no discount
• 3 pieces of clothing = 15% of the final price of all clothing items.

Of course! You will receive a tracking number when your ordered items are ready for dispatch. Depending on the manufacturing time, it may take up to 3 days before you receive your tracking info.

Note that we ship from different warehouses. If your order is split in different packages, you will receive a tracking number for each package.

Outside of the US / UK / EU and AUS, depending on your location, the tracking may stop when the package reaches your country: domestic carriers do not always offer tracking.

US sales taxes are displayed at the checkout.
EU/UK VAT is included in the price displayed on each product page. Make sure that you are not being asked to repay (with your blood) the VAT at the time of the delivery. If any trouble, contact us.
IMPORTANT: if you place an order to be sent to Europe from a device not located in Europe (i.e. you order on your phone from the US for a UK/EU destination), make sure you select the country of destination (i.e.: UK, France, Germany...) in the top bar (right) to include VAT in the displayed prices. Otherwise, VAT payment will be required by the carrier at the time of delivery.

Sadly, we cannot accept any return for our printed apparel and art items if you made a mistake (style, size, color, material, format…): refunds are only for defective items.

Some Fashion Items can be returned under certain conditions.

Yes. But there's always a "but".

For Hoodies and Sweaters, our designs look like placed high on the chest, right under the neck. However, when printed, the designs will be placed a little lower.

Note also that colors may appear less flashy when printed on the garment. It is especially true if you pick up Heather apparel: due to the material (mix of different fabrics), designs will appear a little faded.

For Art items, the colors of the final products may slightly differ from what you see on your screen: every computer or phone deals with colors differently.

We print from high resolution images. However, since we kind of like old school photography (actually, we love film photography), some photographs and even drawn Fine Art items are grainy: that's how we created them.
