CANCELLATIONS

An order cannot be canceled if it's already in production, processing status or shipped. An order can usually be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, but it is not guaranteed.

RETURNS OF PRINTED ITEMS (APPAREL, ART & HOMEWARE)

All our printed products are unique and printed on demand.
With all the combinations of designs, styles, colors and size, Pimamour offers more than 100 000 unique options for apparel, each one printed only when you pick your combination. And with all the options offered for other printed items (art, home ware, stationery, etc.), it a whole original universe of curated designs and objects.
What makes us unique makes you unique as well. You may well be the only one in the world to wear that tailored-made Pimamour apparel! Or the only one to hang this piece of art on your wall! It feels like magic.
We are a small company crafting original designs to be printed each time on selected products. Think of each of our printed items as a unique Picasso's piece of art. Ok, maybe not exactly like Picasso but our finished products are still unique and therefore cannot be refunded or exchanged for another design, color, style or size. There's always a glitch to the magic, and as for today, as a small business, we can offer refunds only for defective or incorrect items after investigation.

We stand behind the quality of our products & guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on Pimamour’s part will result in a replacement at no charge — simply submit a customer support request with a photo and/or a video of the items in question at pimamour@gmail.com & one of our representatives will issue an immediate replacement, NOT A REFUND.

Fraudsters are poison for both retailers and customers: this is why we request a video of the defective products.

RETURNS OF FASHION ITEMS

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.
We will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Return requests must be initiated within 5 days (return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to the return address within 5 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
  • Please allow us 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
  • Pimamour will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

WRONG ADDRESS

If the recipient’s address was wrong, then they are held responsible. The delivery service will usually send the package back to the return address. If the package is returned to us, then we’ll contact the customer and clarify their address before reshipping at their cost. However, packages are not always returned.
