How does Pimamour's shipping work?

We ship different products (printed apparel, art prints and fashion) from different warehouses (US & Europe), and with different calculated rates (based on weight or volume).
We offer free shipping as much as we can and fair (and transparent) shipping rates otherwise.
We offer Tracked Standard shipping all around the world plus Tracked Express shipping for some items in the US only (note that on average, for those items, Express shipping guarantees a 2-day delivery vs a 3.5-day delivery with standard shipping).
When we offer Flat Rate shipping, it means you'll pay the same rate may you order 1 or 100 items FROM THE SAME PRODUCT CATEGORY (see information about Categories below).

How much is the shipping?

You'll find below a detailed sheet featuring all our shipping rates that vary depending on your location and the product type.
Note that when possible, products will be directly shipped Express for free.
"+ 1 item" is the price for any additional item. 90% of the time, $0 with Pimamour :)

Flat Shipping Rates apply per category.
For instance, if you are based in the US and if you order 10 (or 100) C-Type Photo prints, a fine art print, one tee-shirt, 2 hoodies and fashion items weighing less than 0.6lb, you will pay a total shipping fee combining all individual shipping fees:
- C-Type photo prints flat rate of  $5,50;
- Free Tee-shirt shipping fees;
- Free Fine Art print shipping;
- Free Hoodies shipping fees;
- $3,99 clothing shipping fees.

How many packages will I receive?

Printed apparel, Art Prints and Fashion items are shipped in different parcels.
If you order a Pimamour printed tee-shirt, a canvas and one clothing item, you will receive at least 3 different packages.
Your order may even be split in more packages if manufacturing time differ too much. For instance, an order with 2 Art prints and 1 rolled canvas may be split in 2 packages.

How about tracking?

You will received by email a tracking number for each package. Note that beyond the US and Europe, depending on the country you live in and your national carrier, the tracking may be unavailable after the package entered your country.

How about those things called taxes?

US sales taxes are displayed at the checkout. EU/UK VAT is included in the price displayed on each product page.
Make sure that you are not being asked to repay (with your blood) the VAT at the time of the delivery. If any trouble, contact us.
IMPORTANT: if you place an order to be sent to Europe from a device not located in Europe (i.e. you order on your phone from the US for a UK/EU destination), make sure you select the country of destination (i.e.: UK, France, Germany...) in the top bar (right) to include VAT in the displayed prices. Otherwise, VAT payment will be required by the carrier at the time of delivery.

US sales taxes are always included.
Outside US, EU & UK, you may have to pay taxes at delivery, depending on local regulations and their implementation.
