RETURN & REFUND
Sadly, we cannot accept (yet) any return for our printed apparel and art items if you made a mistake (style, size, color, material, format…): refunds are only for defective items.

CARE
- To better preserve the print colors and to ensure maximum durability of your items, wash inside-out in cold water. Never bleach!
- We recommend air drying; if you put your garment(s) in the dryer, use the lowest heat setting.
- Never iron directly over the print!
Digitally printed items require a pretreatment that may be noticed around the printed area. This pretreatment will vanish after a maximum of two wash cycles.
Note that if you pick blended garments (i.e., mix of cotton and polyester; heather apparel…), the print may appear a little faded and washing results may vary.
